He's been crawling for about a month now...and he is ALL over the place! I don't think I have ever been so exhausted. He has pretty much lost interest in all of his toys. He would much rather play with a diaper, an empty case of wipes, an old cell phone, the box that holds all of his toys, an empty soda bottle, any and all remotes, and his new favorite....dog toys. I'm pretty sure he knows that there are some things that he's not supposed to play with...like cords, outlets, shoes, the dog's food and water...but those are what he ALWAYS crawls to. I think he finds it hilarious to see how fast Mommy will run when he's about to tip over the dogs water or put dog food in his mouth...at least Mommy is getting some exercise.
He still eats like a champ and we have yet to find something that he doesn't like. He can finally hold his own bottle which has been amazing.
And the thing that I am most excited for is that we are FINALLY on a schedule! It was really hard to get a routine and schedule down when Tome was working nights, but now that Tome is working days I was amazed how easy it was to get Owen to wake up, take naps and go to bed around the same time everyday. He still wakes up at about 4-5 in the morning for a bottle, but he'll go back to sleep for about 3 hours.
And I think it's safe to say that we have outgrown the swing.
