Fall

I love fall. The whole changing seasons thing was fun to get used to, we didn't really get that in Arizona. It is definitely one of the things that I like about living in Utah...but then the snow comes...and we don't really get along. I love getting all bundled up and walking through it, or being inside when it is snowing outside, but then you have to drive and being on the road when it's icy isn't really all that much fun. (Especially "rush" hour during a storm when a drive that normally takes 15 minutes takes 4 hours....no fun.)

Tome and I have been trying to figure out where we want to go. The lease was up on our apartment at the end of August and we didn't really like the area, so we moved in with my parents till we could find another place. It's been nice to take our time looking, but now my parents are moving so we're trying to hurry to decide where to go without being too rushed and taking the first thing that comes up like we did last time. It's been fun, but kinda scary at the same time, not really knowing what's going to happen.

Oh how time flies!

Well, the wedding day came and went, it's amazing how much planning and stress goes in to one day, and before you know it it's over. I can't believe that it's been 5 months! It has gone by so fast but we are loving being newly weds. We had so much fun on our honeymoon (a cruise to Mexico and a couple of days in San Diego). Right when we came back I had to take my finals, but I am finally done with school, for now anyway. Tome is working for KeyBank and I am trying to find a better job now that I am done with school.

Engaged!

We will be getting married March 28th in the Mesa Arizona Temple and we are super excited! (We wanted to get married on April 11th, but the Mesa Temple is closed that week. Our first date was on 11/4 so I thought it would be cool to get married on 4/11.)

He kinda proposed when we were in the movie theater waiting for Twilight to start. I told him that the wedding dress I wanted is on sale, he asked me when I wanted to wear it, I said April 11, and he said sounds good. He oficially asked me a couple of weeks later after getting a ring and talking to my parents. We were watching "The Notebook" and he pulled out the ring and asked me and I said of course! It was perfect!

Between trying to find jobs and planning the wedding it's been pretty fun these past few weeks. We're keeping the reception pretty low key so it hasn't been too stressful.

I'm excited to be in my last semester of school and Tome wants to start school in the fall.
